About FOCUS Coworking
Our Story
FOCUS Coworking was founded by four business owners from Jefferson in April 2018. The founders began meeting in 2013 to help each other set business goals, brainstorm, and provide accountability. As each business grew and evolved, the group realized that office space would be beneficial. With the high cost of traditional office space, the group decided to start a coworking space that could help other business professionals grow their businesses.

Julie Endl
Co-Founder
Julie Endl is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, podcast host, and wellness advocate dedicated to spreading positivity and building community. As the creator and voice behind Share the Good Juju Positivity Podcast, Julie uplifts and inspires listeners with real talk, practical tools, and heartfelt conversations. She’s also the owner of a vintage clothing and trinket reseller who believes in the power of sustainability and style.
Kim Kysely
Co-Founder
Kim Kysely is the owner of SB Office Management, where she provides bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative support services tailored to small businesses. Kim also works as a tax preparer and bookkeeper at Bare’s Fort Tax Service. Her journey has brought her to Minocqua, Wisconsin, where she works remotely for most of the year, seamlessly supporting her clients from afar with the same dedication and attention to detail.
Kelly Scheinkoenig
Co-Founder
Kelly is a seasoned Licensed Esthetician, Esthetics Instructor, and the passionate owner of two thriving spas, including The Skin & Co. in Cottage Grove, WI and Faces on Main in Fort Atkinson, WI. With a deep commitment to education, mentorship, and helping others grow in the beauty and wellness industry, Kelly has built a career centered around empowerment, skin health, and business leadership.
Damon Schopen
Co-Founder
Damon Schopen is the owner of Port Light Technology. A software development firm that builds custom software and website for other businesses. Damon is a Jefferson native and is on the board of The Jefferson Chamber of Commerce and The Randy Schopen Foundation.
Tracy Reid
Community Manager
Tracy is our Community Manager at FOCUS Coworking. Tracy is here Monday - Friday and she is the one who keeps our space running smoothly and efficiently! She is also a notary, which is a great addition to FOCUS! We are so grateful to have Tracy on our team!
The amenities are a huge plus—free beverages, spacious conference rooms, and high-speed internet keep productivity high and stress low. I especially appreciate the variety of work spaces available, whether I need a quiet place to focus or a collaborative area to brainstorm with others.
